In-Stock Items
In-stock items ship from Shop Five Ten Co. within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, unless otherwise noted in the product description.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Shop Five Ten Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors outside of our control.
Preorder Items
Some items offered during an edit may be available only for preorder.
Preorder items are ordered from our vendor after the drop window closes and are first shipped to Shop Five Ten Co. before being sent out to customers.
Estimated delivery for preorder items is approximately 2–4 weeks, unless otherwise noted in the product description.
If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, your order may ship together once all items arrive. If you would prefer your in-stock items shipped sooner, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM.
We kindly ask that orders be picked up within 5 days of purchase. If you need additional time, please reach out — we’re happy to work with you when possible. Orders not picked up within 5 days may be canceled and issued store credit. Local pickup orders follow the same 7-day store credit return policy unless marked final sale.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Shop Five Ten Co is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Shop Five Ten Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for assistance.
