Return Policy
Returns, Refunds, & Local Pickup Policy
At Shop Five Ten Co, we curate limited, thoughtfully selected pieces. Because of the nature of our inventory, all sales are subject to the following policy.
Returns & Store Credit
We accept returns for store credit only on eligible items within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odor (including perfume, smoke, or pet hair)
- All original tags must remain attached
- Return approval must be requested and approved before sending any item back
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only, which does not expire.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Final sale items may include sale/discounted pieces and swimwear.
Local Pickup Orders
Local pickup is available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM.
- We kindly ask that orders be picked up within 5 days of purchase. If you need additional time, please reach out, we’re happy to work with you when possible.
- Orders not picked up within 5 days may be canceled and issued store credit.
- Local pickup orders follow the same 7-day store credit return policy, unless marked final sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup at shopfivetenco@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. If approved, we will issue store credit or a replacement (if available).
Shipping
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping if a return is approved
Return Approval
Return approval is required prior to sending any item back.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
